Outstanding Guides, LLC value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchases. That’s why we offer an exchange policy for most products that you purchase. Under this policy, an exchange (for a similar like product) may be processed for products that you have purchased directly from Outstanding Guides, LLC.  Please see the exchange policy below:

Products may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

1.  Prior approval is required to obtain an exchange.

2. To obtain approval, and a possible exchange, please contact us at:   [email protected]
and provide the following information:

• The order number
• Your name
• Your My Guides username (if you activated your product)
• School or District Name
• The product you would like to exchange
• The reason for the exchange
• The purchase price before tax
• Include the word "Exchange" in the subject heading of your email to us.

3. Exchange requests will be processed within 10 days and after the confirmation of the deactivation of the issued licenses. 

4. Exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.

​5. Unfortunately, an exchange cannot be made if your purchase included a book.

Aside from this policy, no other exchanges of any kind will be available.
